Definitions & Introduction
In this document, "v4444", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the v4444 online gaming platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
v4444 is an online casino and betting service platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for Bangladeshi players. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and general principles of fairness.
"Services" includes all games, betting markets, bonus programs, payment facilities, and customer support provided by v4444. This platform is operated for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services at v4444. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and all transactions will be reversed. Providing a false age is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, bank account, or mobile banking account is strictly prohibited.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification
v4444 may request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This may include copies of your national identity card, passport, or driving license. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
3.3 Account Ownership
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account to anyone else. Only the person in whose name the account is registered may log in to that account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
v4444 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
It is entirely the user's responsibility to provide accurate information during deposits or withdrawals. v4444 will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect information. If a transaction fails due to a technical issue, notify our support team and keep a screenshot as evidence.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at v4444 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Deposits of ৳18,000 or more receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳12,000 (bonus × 10) before it becomes withdrawable.
Please note: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The principal deposit amount is withdrawable separately from the bonus balance.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If v4444 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses multiple times across different accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting system errors — v4444 reserves the right to void that bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.
5.4 VIP Program
v4444 has five VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. As your playing frequency and volume increase, you become eligible for promotion to higher tiers. v4444 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.
Gameplay Rules
6.1 Fair Play Assurance
v4444 uses trusted software providers and certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. The results of all casino games are entirely independent and not predetermined.
6.2 Betting Rules
Each game has its own betting rules, which can be viewed before starting the game. Players are advised to read the rules of each game carefully before playing.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or disconnection, v4444 will review the transaction for that game and take action accordingly. v4444 is not responsible for issues caused by the user's internet connection.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent bonus terms
- Fraud, deception, or gaining an advantage through any unlawful means
- Exploiting software errors or bugs and failing to report them
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Defrauding or harassing other users
- Using automated bots or software to play games
- Impersonating v4444 staff or attempting unauthorized access to any system on the platform
Privacy & Data Protection

v4444 never sells users' personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities when legally required or for fraud investigation purposes.
Limitation of Liability
v4444 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues
- Technical faults by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.)
- Loss caused by the user's negligence or provision of incorrect information
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions
In no circumstance shall v4444's total liability exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.
Account Closure
10.1 Closure at the User's Request
Any user may close their account at any time by notifying our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed.
10.2 Closure at v4444's Initiative
v4444 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
- Identification of an underage user
- Suspicion of money laundering
Bonuses and associated winnings from an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.

v4444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
